Applied Research Seminar of the year on "Poverty in Appalachia.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and the Community Development Office hosted the third and final Applied Research Seminar of the year on "Poverty in Appalachia."

This event was held in partnership with the University of Kentucky’s Center for Poverty Research, on Thursday, October 1st, 2009 and will featured a special presentation on a study released late last year by the Federal Reserve System and the Brookings Institution titled The Enduring Challenge of Concentrated Poverty in America.
